Testimonials from Veterans for Clark
I worked for General Wesley K. Clark when he was Commander Operations Group, National Training Center, Ft. Irwin, CA. I found him to be honest and sincere. He in my opinion is the canditate that should be running against Mr. Bush. I support his efforts in education, and veterans benifits. Joyce E. Gowey (now Sanbowers) I had the privilege to serve under Gen Clark's command twice: in Latin America and then in Europe. His phenomenal success at holding together a strong, committed 19-nation coalition was a diplomatic and military success on par with Eisenhower in WWII or MacArthur in Korea. And when Gen Clark said 'Mission Accomplished', you knew the job was done and done well. Americans desperately need a leader in the White House who knows more about military ops and less about photo ops. Gen Clark's leadership in Kosovo and Bosnia created overwhelming success with the most cost-effective nation building and peacekeeping experiences in America's history. More should be made of the comparison between his accomplishments in the Balkans and the disaster that Iraq has become. Major Brent Helmick Gen Clark was my division commander with the 1st Calvary Division, while I was a Calvary Scout with 1/7 Cav there, he was truly one of the BEST division commanders that I have ever had, and I will do all that I can do to help my brother in arms ! I have had the great pleasure of working for Gen. Clark back in 1992, he was my Division Commander with the First Calvary Division, and I tell you this, there is no other out there that can compete with this natural born leader, as a disable vet, I will take up arm's and follow him to this very day, but I advise all of my brother and sister veterans to (STAY OUT OF THE BUSHES!). Cpl K. Horgain I was a member of the 309th Special Operations Squadron as a Flight Engineer on C-123K at Phan Rang Air Base, Viet Nam. I was very proud to have served under the Command of General Wesley Clark during that time. Wayne L. Doering My Name is Frank Moran. I was an Army Military Intelligence Specialist under the Command of Gen. Wesley Clark during Desert Storm. I was a staunch Republican until I learned of his candidacy, in which I changed parties to Democrat. Having served under Gen Clark, I found him to be a fair and professional Officer and an outstanding Human being! His military experience places him far above any other Democratic candidate, and his views on the poor and middle-class set him far above any Republican. I strongly support Gen Clark for President. Franklin R. Moran My name is Brandon Evans, and I support the General after having served under him as an intelligence analyst while he was the Supreme Allied Commander during conflicts in Serbia. I support him because I know true leadership when I see it & Clark is the type of leader we need in these most uncertain times. Let there be no mistake, although nuclear weapons have not yet been unleashed, America is now involved in what history will remember as World War III a.k.a. War on Terror. The current regime, with use of seemingly faulty intelligence, has driven this country into what could be it's darkest hour. I know that we are not beyond the point of no return but should the current regime retain power be aware North Korea will most likely be the next battle ground. History is always doomed to repeat itself as I think about the Cuban Missile Crisis. America's fight in the end would not be solely with North Korea, but their communist "big brother" to the north. Do you want to see the end? Leave George W. Bush in office to see true terror realized. Brandon Evans |
