Little Rock - At a news conference yesterday, Secretary of State Colin Powell admitted that he had "not seen smoking-gun, concrete evidence" about the link between Saddam Hussein's regime and the Al Qaeda terrorists.

"President Bush led us to war with a bread crumb trail of spin and deception. And today, far too many brave men and women have risked and lost their lives as a result," said Clark. "Our troops deserve a leader who honors their courage and sacrifice by telling them the truth, and all Americans deserve a leader they can trust. Clearly, George W. Bush is not that man."
