Former Mayor Sylvio Dupuis, former Alderman Bill Cashin, and Commissioner Paul Martineau will join together to welcome General Clark and his wife Gert to the Alpine Club in Manchester. General Clark is delighted to have the support of three of the most well known political leaders in the Manchester community. Sylvio Dupuis is one of the most popular Mayors in Manchester history, Bill Cashin is the longest serving Alderman in city history and Paul Martineau is the current commander of the Manchester American Legion and was the lead vote getter in Manchester's recent municipal election. "Manchester needs a President like Wesley Clark," said former mayor Sylvio Dupuis. "The more the people of the Granite State get to know General Clark, the more impressed they will be. Tuesday night will be a great night for the people of Manchester to come out and meet the next President at the Alpine Club." "General Clark is the kind of leader America is looking for. I am pleased that General Clark has made such a commitment to the New Hampshire primary and to getting to know the problems that are on our minds," said Bill Cashin. "General Clark is committed to finding solutions to the problems we are facing here in New Hampshire - problems like quality education, affordable health care and creating, economic opportunity." "As a veteran I am pleased to support General Clark. Not only is he the best candidate to deal with America's foreign policy challenges, he is the best candidate to stand up for the issues that concern the veterans living here in New Hampshire," said Paul Martineau. "To have such strong Manchester leadership supporting General Clark is a testament to his vision and his leadership. General Clark's vision of a New American Patriotism has resonated with those with a long history of leadership in New Hampshire and it will resonate with the people of the Granite State," said Clark's New Hampshire State Director Steve Bouchard.
